Portmarnock

The brief for this project was to design a new detached house in the adjoining garden of an existing family home.

The form of this house evolved to take best advantage of the fantastic coastal setting and the client's desire to maximise natural light. Living, dining and kitchen spaces are located on the first floor to maximise the views over Portmarnock beach.
