The renovation and extension of an existing (now derelict) yacht club to form a timber clad contemporary home, designed to take full advantage of this fantastic site. The building form expands from the roadside towards the sea opening up to capture the picturesque vies of the mouth of the Boyne river and the Irish sea. Bedrooms are located on the ground floor with living spaces including an open plan kitchen and dining room located on the first floor.
