At Develop Your Home, we provide a “one-stop shop” approach, combining our expertise as qualified Architects, Engineers, Interior and Landscape designers to help you bring your home to its full potential.
We design and develop individual homes - new builds, renovations, extensions, interior fitouts and gardens.
Understanding the integral role of Your Home within the family, our priority is to work closely with our Clients to assess your ideas, design creative responses and help you to realise both.
Each home is unique and the type and level of service that we provide will be tailored to your specific requirements and will be decided by you. No matter what issue arises we have the expertise to take care of it.
Develop Your Home is a family run Architectural practice based in Malahide Co. Dublin. Our work is based on over 30 years experience in delivering successful projects in both Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Meet the Team
We are professionally qualified and experienced in architecture, engineering, project management, construction, interior and garden design.
Developing your home may not involve all of these expertise, it may be limited to architectural or interior design only. This will be assessed and agreed with you at our consultation. However, this level of expertise is available to ensure the integrity of what is being proposed and to guarantee high quality in developing your home.
Sean McMullan
BSc. BE. MEng.Sc. CEng. MIEI
Sean has over 30 years experience in designing “one-off” houses and remodelling and extending existing homes for clients. One of his key design attributes is the efficient and imaginative use of space within the home. He is very familiar with the key issues that arise in relation to planning permission; he is experienced in dealing with construction procedures and methods are employed and that quality finishes are delivered.
Sean ensures that high quality design and finish are achieved at reasonable cost and he can identify at the outset those design features or finishes which would result in the costs being over budget.
Deirdre McMullan
BSc Arch (Hons), Dip Arch, ARB (UK), MRIAI
A graduate of both Queens University Belfast and the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow, Deirdre has over 15 years experience as a chartered architect. Deirdre is the senior architect in the practice and has a wide range of experience in both the UK and Ireland across a variety of sectors including individual houses, residential developments, refurbishment & fitout of existing buildings, pharmaceutical and science developments, and office buildings. Deirdre became a Passive House Designer in 2021.
Deirdre’s main focus is working closely with clients, providing a high-quality design service which is primarily driven by client’s needs, to achieve real solutions for real families.
Conor McGrath
BEng(Civil)
Conor has worked on the design, planning and construction of many residential projects over the last 20 years. His projects have included extensions, remodelling, renovations, new-builds and garden works. Conor holds a degree in Engineering and a Diploma in Garden Design. He has appeared on RTE and has also been awarded a special commendation at the Bloom Garden Festival. Conor combines his love of Garden and Exterior Design with his 20 years of Project Management and Cost Control experience to provide quite a unique skill set to our clients.
On every project, Conor seeks to build strong relationships with all members of the development team, making for positive and rewarding projects.
